1- Open a new canvas 1500 x 1500 pixels, white
2- Copy and paste element 71
resize 50% and 70%
Mura Meister copies:

resize 85%
- Copy and paste Garv Hipster Girl Layer 1
radial blur:

move to the right
3- Copy and paste element 84
move to the right
4- Copy and paste element 51
move a bit up and to the left
5- Copy and paste poem and move below element 51
(rightclick and save as Autumn Leaves Poem)

6- Copy and paste element 41
move to the left
7- Copy and paste element 16
resize 70%
move to the left
8- Copy and paste element 43
move to the left
9- Copy and paste element 80
mirror and resize 70%
move to the left
10- Copy and paste element 53
resize 50%
move to the left
11- Copy and paste element 23
resize 50%
move a bit to the left and down
12- Copy and paste element 58
resize 70%
place it on the top left of element 51
13- Copy and paste element 62
resize 25%

move to the right and a bit down

give your elements a drop of shadow if you like
dont forget to place the license number for your tube.
now the tag is ready, merge your layers and resize
save as jpg or as png
